2025-2026 Housing Dates
Fall Semester
- Friday, Aug. 15, 2025
New student move-in. Students will receive their specific move-in date and time between July 10-15. - Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025- Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025

Open Room Change Form (Session1) Opens; allows any on-campus student to request a new room, room type, or building for any reason during a limited window, with all moves scheduled for a set date. Spring housing contracts open at 10 a.m. Spring housing contracts are only for students who currently do not live on campus and would like to join the on-campus community for the spring semester. Open Room Change (Session 1) Transition Period; Students who request a new room within the Open Room Change Process will move to their new assignment during this time. - Monday, Nov. 17, 2025
